Construction hours
Construction work will take place in line with EPA Victoria guidelines:
- 7am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
- Trucks will not leave or enter the site after 1pm on Saturday
Work outside normal construction hours
Maintenance works on the tunnel boring machine will, at times, take place underground between 6pm and 11pm, Monday to Saturday. All works will comply with EPA Victoria guidelines for noise.
In some circumstances it may be necessary for work to take place outside normal construction hours. Should this occur, we will, where possible, provide advance notice to directly affected residents and businesses.
